Shipping Policy
Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer, who is responsible for the accuracy of the details. Deliveries are made within Israel, mainly in Netanya and the surrounding area, daily until 20:00.
1. Delivery requirements (complete and accurate information)
At checkout, the customer must provide all of the following details:
- Full address
- Building access code
- Floor and door/apartment number
- The recipient’s phone number (reachable at the time of delivery)
Our driver may contact the recipient to complete the delivery.
Missing or incorrect details may cause delays or non-delivery. We are not responsible in such cases, and a charge may apply for re-delivery.
2. Recipient absence (safe-drop policy)
If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, the bouquet will be left at the door, with a neighbor/doorman, or at the place indicated in the order.
A photo can be sent as proof of delivery upon request.
After such delivery, Queen of Flowers is not responsible for theft, loss or spoilage due to weather conditions (heat, sun, rain, prolonged exposure).
3. Delivery times and delays
Delivery times are estimates. Although every effort is made to honor the requested schedules, delays may occur.
4. Force majeure
In cases beyond our control (extreme weather, strikes, road closures, security events, etc.), we will do our best to fulfill the delivery, but we will not be responsible for any resulting delays.
5. Delivery liability
Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer, who is responsible for the accuracy of the details.
Queen of Flowers is not responsible for theft, damage or spoilage of flowers left due to the recipient’s absence.
