4) Pricing, Availability & Seasonal Flowers
- All prices are listed in Israeli Shekels (₪) and include VAT.
- Prices and availability may change without notice depending on stock and seasonal supply.
- Flowers are seasonal products. If specific flowers are not available at the time of order, Queen of Flowers reserves the right to create a similar bouquet using the same color scheme and style, though not necessarily the exact same flowers.

5) Delivery
- Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer, who is responsible for the accuracy of the details.
- If the recipient is absent, the bouquet may be left at the door, with a neighbor, building concierge, or at the location indicated in the order. A photo may be provided as proof of delivery.
- Queen of Flowers is not responsible for theft, damage, or deterioration of flowers left due to recipient absence.
- Delivery times are approximate. While every effort is made to respect requested schedules, delays may occur.

- Flowers and wine are perishable products and cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.
- Any issue (quality, damage, non-conformity) must be reported within 3 hours of delivery, with photos.
