Queen of Flowers
Because we work with fresh, perishable products, our policies are designed to protect quality and ensure a smooth delivery experience.
Important: No returns or refunds after delivery. Any issue must be reported within
3 hours of receipt with clear photos via WhatsApp or email.
1) Perishable Products (flowers, bouquets, wine & food items)
- Flowers, bouquets, wine and any food-related items are treated as perishable products.
- No returns or refunds after delivery.
- If there is a quality issue (damaged bouquet, wilted flowers, broken wine bottle, or item not matching the order), contact us within 3 hours of receipt and attach photos.
- After review, we will offer either a replacement or a store credit.
2) Non-Perishable Products (balloons, vases, decorative accessories, etc.)
- These items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- If the product is defective or damaged at delivery, report it within 3 hours with photos. We may provide a replacement or a store credit.
3) Delivery Requirements (complete and accurate information)
At checkout, the customer must provide all of the following:
- Full address
- Building access code
- Floor and Door/Apartment number
- Recipient’s phone number (reachable on delivery)
- Our driver may contact the recipient to complete the delivery.
- Missing or incorrect details may cause delays or failure to deliver. We are not responsible in such cases and a re-delivery fee may apply.
4) Recipient Absence (safe drop policy)
- If the recipient is absent, the bouquet will be left at the door, with a neighbor/concierge, or at the location specified in the order.
- A photo can be sent as proof of drop-off on request.
- Once delivered as above, Queen of Flowers is not responsible for theft, loss, or deterioration due to weather conditions (heat, sun, rain, prolonged exposure).
5) Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
- After this window, preparation and sourcing may have already begun; no refunds and preparation costs may be charged.
6) If We Are at Fault (delivery issues caused by us)
- If an error is clearly on our side (e.g., wrong address despite correct info, significant delay, missing items), we will re-deliver promptly or issue a store credit equal to the order value.
7) Force Majeure
- In cases beyond our control (extreme weather, strikes, road blocks, security incidents, etc.), we will do our best to fulfill the delivery, but cannot be liable for resulting delays.
