1. Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we deliver the same day in Netanya and nearby areas for all orders placed before 12:00 PM.
2. Do you deliver on Friday before Shabbat starts?
Yes, we provide delivery on Fridays before Shabbat so your flowers arrive on time.
3. Can I customize a bouquet?
Of course! You can choose the colors, flowers, and add accessories such as a vase, balloons, or chocolates.
4. What payment methods do you accept?

- Bank transfer (instant only)
- Cash in-store
5. Do you provide wedding services?
Yes, we only offer bridal bouquets and wedding car decorations.
6. Can I send flowers anonymously?
Yes, if you wish, the sender’s name will not be disclosed.
7. Do you offer flower subscriptions?
Yes, we offer weekly or monthly subscriptions for both individuals and businesses.
8. Can I order via WhatsApp?
Absolutely, you can message us directly on WhatsApp at +972 50 485 0326 to place your order.
9. Do you create balloon decorations?
Yes, we provide balloon bouquets and arches for birthdays, newborn celebrations, and special events.
10. What is your delivery area?
We mainly deliver in Netanya and surrounding cities. For other locations, please contact us.
11. Are your flowers fresh?
Yes, we receive fresh flowers every day directly from specialized markets.
12. Do you offer gifts in addition to flowers?
Yes, you can add chocolates, wine, plush toys, or balloons to your order.
13. How can I cancel or modify my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible by phone or WhatsApp. Late cancellations may incur fees.
14. Do you offer services for businesses?
Yes, we provide floral subscriptions and decorations for offices, hotels, restaurants, and events.
15. What are your opening hours?
Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 – 17:00
Friday: 09:00 – 16:00
Saturday: Closed

16. If I order a product, will I receive the exact same one as in the photo?
Flowers vary with the seasons. That’s why we recommend contacting us before placing an order.
If you order without contacting us, the bouquet will be created in the same style with the same flowers if available.
If not, some colors may be replaced with similar alternatives.
